• Develop draft paragraphs
• Discuss modify draft paragraphs (loop)
• Consider and approve final paragraphs

Meetings begin and end on time.
Unfinished work will be completed on the Web.

Quorum is three of five members:

Simple majority consensus voting
(Unanumous consensus with 50% of more approving)

On line voting allowed.

Monthly meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday, 7:15-8:15 PM at Central Market on Guadlaupe at 40th.
